Inside, sliding glass balls do the work: they break up the vapour stream, increase the heat exchange surface and absorb part of the temperature before the vapour reaches your mouth. Small stops in the channel keep the balls in place, so the airway stays open and the draw never feels restrictive. Sliding glass balls: they cool better than a smooth tube, because the vapour flows around them instead of going straight through. Retaining stops: the balls do not bunch up in one place and do not block the airflow. Borosilicate glass: neutral flavour, no plastic aftertaste at upper settings.
