Flerbar built the Baymax 3500 around what it calls an HRTP (Harm Reduction Technology Platform) design, aimed at delivering vapor and flavour without any nicotine at all. It pairs a mesh coil with a 650mAh rechargeable battery and a 12mL pre-filled tank, across 25 flavours. This is Vape Wizard’s first Flerbar listing. How does it work? The device ships pre-filled and pre-charged. Draw on the mouthpiece to activate the mesh coil automatically, no buttons required; an LED lights up at the front during use. Battery life and charging The 650mAh rechargeable battery is sized to outlast a single 12mL tank fill for most users. When it does run low, it recharges over the USB-C port (cable not included); the manufacturer has not published a specific charging time for this model. Who is a zero-nicotine disposable for? A 0mg device suits vapers who want the hand-to-mouth ritual, flavour, and vapor of a disposable without any nicotine, including people gradually stepping down from nicotine-containing devices, or social vapers who never wanted nicotine in the first place. How long does 3,500 puffs last? The 3,500-puff figure is a manufacturer rating tested under standardised lab conditions with short, consistent draws. Real-world puff counts are usually lower, since draw length, frequency, and personal vaping style all affect how quickly the tank and battery are used. Treat 3,500 puffs as a ceiling rather than a guarantee. Is it legal and compliant in the UAE? Vaping has been legal in the UAE since April 2019, regulated under UAE.S 5030:2018 (Electronic Nicotine Products) and certified through the Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology’s (MoIAT) Emirates Conformity Assessment Scheme (ECAS). This device carries 0mg nicotine, so the UAE’s 20mg/ml nicotine cap does not apply to it, but electronic smoking devices are generally regulated and age-restricted as a category regardless of nicotine content, so it should still be treated as an 18+ product and carry a physical ECAS/MoIAT mark; worth a compliance check before this specific zero-nicotine SKU goes live. Sale is restricted to adults 18+ under UAE regulations, and online retailers must verify buyer age with an Emirates ID or passport. Read more from MoIAT and u.ae. The Baymax 3500 and the Vapes Bars Ghost Pro 3500 Puffs share the same 3,500-puff tier, making them close alternatives for shoppers comparing this puff class. The main difference is nicotine: the Ghost Pro is available with 20mg nicotine salt, while the Baymax 3500 is nicotine-free from the outset. Feature Flerbar Baymax 3500 Ghost Pro 3500 Puff Capacity 3,500 3,500 Price AED 30 AED 40 Nicotine Strength 0mg (zero nicotine) 20mg (2%) salt Battery 650mAh 1350mAh E-Liquid Capacity 12mL 10mL Coil Mesh Not published Pros Genuinely 0mg nicotine, suited to non-smokers or step-down vapers Rechargeable 650mAh battery with USB-C, rather than a single-charge disposable Large 25-flavour lineup Lower price point than most nicotine disposables in this puff tier Cons 3,500-puff rating is a lab-tested maximum; real-world puff counts are typically lower Smaller puff count than higher-tier disposables, more frequent replacement Sealed 12mL tank with no refill option once spent Zero-nicotine devices are a newer category in the UAE; worth a specific compliance check before publishing FAQ How long does the Flerbar Baymax 3500 actually last? The 3,500-puff figure is a manufacturer lab rating under short, consistent draws. Real-world use is typically lower because draw length, frequency, and personal vaping style all vary, so treat it as a maximum rather than a guaranteed count. Does this device really have zero nicotine? Yes, Flerbar markets the Baymax 3500 as a 0mg, nicotine-free disposable built around its HRTP platform. As with any vape, check the packaging and the physical compliance mark on your unit to confirm the strength you receive. Is the Flerbar Baymax 3500 rechargeable? Yes, it uses a 650mAh built-in battery that recharges over USB-C (cable not included). No specific charging time is published by the manufacturer. Can I refill the tank once it runs out? No, the 12mL tank is sealed and pre-filled; once it is empty, the device should be disposed of responsibly rather than refilled. Who is a zero-nicotine disposable like this good for? It suits people who want the hand-to-mouth ritual, flavour and vapor of a disposable without nicotine, including vapers gradually reducing their nicotine intake, or social vapers who never wanted nicotine at all. Is a 0mg vape still regulated the same way in the UAE? The UAE’s 20mg/ml nicotine cap does not apply since this device has no nicotine, but electronic smoking devices are generally treated as an age-restricted category regardless of nicotine content, so it should still carry an ECAS/MoIAT mark and be sold to adults 18+ only. How can I verify my device is authentic? Check the packaging and device for the ECAS/MoIAT compliance mark required for UAE sale, along with consistent branding, printing quality, and a properly sealed tank. Buying from an authorised UAE retailer is the most reliable way to avoid counterfeit stock. What should I do if the device is leaking? Stop using it immediately, wipe any e-liquid off the mouthpiece and housing, and dispose of the unit rather than continuing to use a damaged device. A leaking tank can indicate a compromised seal or damaged coil. Is the Flerbar Baymax 3500 legal across all seven emirates? Vaping devices are legal UAE-wide for adults 18+ under UAE regulations, and MoIAT/ECAS certification applies nationally rather than emirate by emirate. Local rules on where you can vape, such as parks, beaches, and vehicles with children present, can still vary by emirate. How does it compare to the Vapes Bars Ghost Pro 3500 Puffs? Both are rated for 3,500 puffs, but the Ghost Pro is available with 20mg nicotine salt on a larger 1350mAh battery, while the Baymax 3500 is nicotine-free from the outset on a smaller 650mAh battery, at a lower AED 30 price point. Are there health risks to vaping even without nicotine? Zero-nicotine vaping removes nicotine’s addictive and cardiovascular effects, but inhaling heated flavouring and propylene glycol/vegetable glycerin still is not risk-free, and long-term safety data on vaping in general remains limited. This product is intended for adults 18+ only. Can tourists bring this device into the UAE? Tourists may bring vaping devices for personal use within personal-allowance limits, provided the product is ECAS-certified, and should be prepared to declare it at customs if asked. What is Vape Wizard’s delivery and returns process? Vape Wizard delivers across all seven emirates within 24 hours, with a 2-3 hour Express option in Dubai for +AED 10. See the Shipping Policy for delivery details; returns are handled per Vape Wizard’s return policy linked at the bottom of this page.
