Al Fakher is a long-established UAE-region tobacco and flavour brand that has extended into disposable vapes with the Crown Bar range. The Crystal V2 12K is a rechargeable, pre-filled disposable built around a mesh coil and a mild 6mg nicotine salt formula, aimed at vapers who want a lighter strength without giving up a high-puff, low-maintenance device. How does it work? The device ships pre-filled and pre-charged. Draw on the mouthpiece to activate the mesh coil, which vaporises the e-liquid on demand; airflow is adjustable, so you can tune the draw tighter or more open, and there is no refilling or coil replacement needed until the e-liquid or battery is depleted. Battery life and charging The 850mAh rechargeable battery is designed to outlast the e-liquid inside, so most users will not need to recharge before the device is empty. When the battery does run low, it recharges over the USB Type-C port; the manufacturer has not published a specific charging time for this model. How long does 12,000 puffs last? The 12,000-puff figure is a manufacturer rating tested under standardised lab conditions with short, consistent draws. Real-world puff counts are usually lower, since draw length, frequency, and personal vaping style all affect how quickly the e-liquid and battery are used. Treat 12,000 puffs as a ceiling rather than a guarantee. Is it legal and compliant in the UAE? Vaping has been legal in the UAE since April 2019, regulated under UAE.S 5030:2018 (Electronic Nicotine Products) and certified through the Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology’s (MoIAT) Emirates Conformity Assessment Scheme (ECAS). UAE law caps e-liquid nicotine at 20mg/ml (2%); this device’s 6mg (0.6%) salt nicotine formulation falls within that cap, but certification can still vary by SKU, so check the physical ECAS/MoIAT mark on your unit before use. Effective 1 September 2026, the UAE Ministry of Finance is also introducing a minimum excise price of AED 1 per ml on e-liquid used in electronic smoking devices, on top of the existing 100% excise rate. Sale is restricted to adults 18+ under UAE regulations, and online retailers must verify buyer age with an Emirates ID or passport. Read more from MoIAT and u.ae. The Al Fakher Crown Bar 12K and the Waka Nova 12000 Puffs share the same 12,000-puff tier and AED 45 price, making them close alternatives within Vape Wizard’s Disposable Vapes range. The main difference is nicotine strength: Feature Al Fakher Crown Bar 12K Waka Nova 12000 Puffs Puff Capacity 12,000 Up to 12,000 (approx.) Price AED 45 AED 45 Nicotine Strength 6mg (0.6%) 18mg (1.8%) E-Liquid Capacity Approx. 18ml 12ml Coil Mesh Dual Mesh Charging USB Type-C USB Type-C Flavours 14 10 How to use Al Fakher Crown Bar 12K 1 Unbox the device and check for the ECAS/MoIAT compliance mark. 2 Remove any silicone plug or seal from the mouthpiece, if present. 3 Draw on the mouthpiece to activate the coil; adjust the airflow ring for a tighter or more open draw. 4 Check the smart screen for the remaining battery or e-liquid indication. 5 Recharge over USB Type-C once the battery runs low, then continue using until the e-liquid is finished. Where to recycle or dispose of it in the UAE Disposable vapes contain a lithium battery and residual e-liquid, so they should never go in general household waste. Take a depleted Al Fakher Crown Bar 12K to a UAE battery or e-waste recycling point rather than the bin, and never puncture, crush, or burn the battery; damaged lithium batteries can catch fire or leak hazardous material. Pros & Cons Pros Mild 6mg (0.6%) nicotine strength suits vapers who want a lighter salt formula Rechargeable 850mAh battery with fast USB Type-C charging Adjustable airflow for a customisable draw Smart screen shows battery and e-liquid level at a glance Wide 14-flavour lineup with a bulk 10-piece box option for savings Cons 12,000-puff rating is a lab-tested maximum; real-world puff counts are typically lower Battery and e-liquid capacity are single-sourced and not independently cross-verified Not refillable; the entire device is discarded once the battery or e-liquid is exhausted 6mg strength may feel light to vapers switching from stronger nicotine habits FAQ How long does the Al Fakher Crown Bar 12K actually last? The 12,000-puff figure is a manufacturer lab rating under short, consistent draws. Real-world use is typically lower because draw length and frequency vary by person, so treat it as a maximum rather than a guaranteed count; most users will still get extended use from a single device. What nicotine strength does this device use? It ships in 6mg (0.6%) nicotine salt only, well within the UAE’s 20mg/ml regulatory cap. Check the physical ECAS/MoIAT mark on your unit before use to confirm compliance. Can I refill the Al Fakher Crown Bar 12K? No. It is a sealed, pre-filled disposable; once the e-liquid or battery is depleted, the device is discarded rather than refilled with new e-liquid. Only the battery is rechargeable over USB Type-C, to use up the remaining e-liquid. Is this a mouth-to-lung (MTL) or direct-to-lung (DTL) device? It is built as a draw-activated disposable with adjustable airflow, suited to a direct-to-lung (DTL) style draw when opened up, or a tighter mouth-to-lung draw when closed down. What does the on-device display show? The smart screen indicates remaining battery charge and e-liquid level, so you can see when it is time to recharge or replace the unit. Exact indicator behaviour is not detailed by the manufacturer for this model. How can I verify my device is authentic? Check the packaging and device for the ECAS/MoIAT compliance mark required for UAE sale, along with consistent branding, printing quality, and a working smart screen. Buying from an authorised UAE retailer is the most reliable way to avoid counterfeit stock. What should I do if the device is leaking? Stop using it immediately, wipe any e-liquid off the mouthpiece and housing, and dispose of the unit rather than continuing to use a damaged device. A leaking disposable can indicate a compromised seal or damaged coil. Is the Al Fakher Crown Bar 12K legal across all seven emirates? Vaping is legal UAE-wide for adults 18+ under UAE regulations, and MoIAT/ECAS certification applies nationally rather than emirate by emirate. Local rules on where you can vape, such as parks, beaches, and vehicles with children present, can still vary by emirate. How does it compare to the Waka Nova 12000 Puffs? Both are rated for around 12,000 puffs and cost AED 45, so the choice mostly comes down to nicotine strength: this device uses a milder 6mg (0.6%) salt formula, while the Waka Nova 12000 uses a stronger 18mg (1.8%) formula. What are the health and legal risks of vaping? Nicotine is addictive, and this product is intended for adult smokers and vapers 18+ only; it is not suitable for non-smokers, minors, or anyone pregnant or breastfeeding. Selling to minors, and vaping in a vehicle with a child present, are both offences under UAE law. Can tourists bring this device into the UAE? Tourists may bring vaping devices and e-liquid for personal use within personal-allowance limits, provided the product is ECAS-certified, and should be prepared to declare it at customs if asked. What is Vape Wizard’s delivery and returns process? Vape Wizard delivers across all seven emirates within 24 hours, with a 2-3 hour Express option in Dubai for +AED 10. See the Shipping Policy for delivery details; returns are handled per Vape Wizard’s return policy linked at the bottom of this page. How do I dispose of a used Al Fakher Crown Bar 12K? Take it to a UAE battery or e-waste recycling point rather than general waste, and never puncture, crush, or burn the battery, since damaged lithium batteries can catch fire or leak hazardous material.
