HoQa is a shisha-inspired disposable vape line built around direct-to-lung (DTL) draws and traditional hookah-style flavour profiles. The Hok Clouds 80K is the brand’s high-puff flagship, built around a 0.5xCExA9 mesh coil, a 1000mAh rechargeable battery, and a shisha-based e-liquid blend, across 14 flavours. This is Vape Wizard’s first HoQa listing. How does it work? The device ships pre-filled and pre-charged. Draw on the mouthpiece to activate the 0.5xCExA9 mesh coil, which vaporises the shisha-based e-liquid on demand; airflow is adjustable, letting you tune the draw more open for a fuller direct-to-lung pull. Battery life and charging The 1000mAh rechargeable battery is sized to outlast a single tank fill for most users. When it does run low, it recharges over the USB-C port (cable not included); the manufacturer has not published a specific charging time for this model. Smart display A built-in smart LED screen shows live battery level and remaining e-liquid, so you can see at a glance when the device is due for a recharge or nearing the end of its fill, rather than guessing from vapor output alone. How long does 80,000 puffs last? The 80,000-puff figure is a manufacturer rating tested under standardised lab conditions with short, consistent draws. Real-world puff counts are usually lower, since draw length, frequency, and personal vaping style all affect how quickly the tank and battery are used. Treat 80,000 puffs as a ceiling rather than a guarantee. Is it legal and compliant in the UAE? Vaping has been legal in the UAE since April 2019, regulated under UAE.S 5030:2018 (Electronic Nicotine Products) and certified through the Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology’s (MoIAT) Emirates Conformity Assessment Scheme (ECAS). UAE law caps e-liquid nicotine at 20mg/ml (2%); this device’s 5mg (0.5%) freebase formulation sits comfortably under that ceiling, though it is still worth checking the physical ECAS/MoIAT mark on your specific unit before use. Effective 1 September 2026, the UAE Ministry of Finance is also introducing a minimum excise price of AED 1 per ml on e-liquid used in electronic smoking devices, on top of the existing 100% excise rate. Sale is restricted to adults 18+ under UAE regulations, and online retailers must verify buyer age with an Emirates ID or passport. Read more from MoIAT and u.ae. The Hok Clouds 80K and the Mazaya Deep Cloud 80000 share the same 80,000-puff tier and the same AED 60 price point, making them close alternatives for shoppers comparing shisha-style disposables. The main differences are nicotine strength and battery size: Feature HoQa Hok Clouds 80K Mazaya Deep Cloud 80000 Puff Capacity 80,000 80,000 Price AED 60 AED 60 Nicotine Strength 5mg (0.5%) freebase 6mg (0.6%) freebase Battery 1000mAh 1300mAh Coil 0.5xCExA9 mesh 0.6xCExA9 mesh Charging USB-C USB-C E-Liquid Capacity 50mL 30mL Pros Mild 5mg (0.5%) nicotine, comfortably under the UAE’s 20mg/ml cap Smart LED display shows battery and e-liquid level at a glance Adjustable airflow for a fuller direct-to-lung, shisha-style draw Large 14-flavour shisha-inspired lineup Matches the Mazaya Deep Cloud 80000’s price point at AED 60 Cons 80,000-puff rating is a lab-tested maximum; real-world puff counts are typically lower E-liquid capacity is inconsistently published (50mL vs 25mL), marked Smaller 1000mAh battery than the Mazaya Deep Cloud 80000’s 1300mAh Sealed tank with no refill option once spent FAQ How long does the HoQa Hok Clouds 80K actually last? The 80,000-puff figure is a manufacturer lab rating under short, consistent draws. Real-world use is typically lower because draw length, frequency, and personal vaping style all vary, so treat it as a maximum rather than a guaranteed count. What nicotine strength does this device use? It ships in a mild 5mg (0.5%) freebase formula, comfortably under the UAE’s 20mg/ml regulatory cap. Check the physical ECAS/MoIAT mark on your unit before use to confirm compliance. Is the HoQa Hok Clouds 80K rechargeable? Yes, it uses a 1000mAh built-in battery that recharges over USB-C (cable not included). No specific charging time is published by the manufacturer. Can I refill the tank once it runs out? No, the tank is sealed and pre-filled; once it is empty, the device should be disposed of responsibly rather than refilled. Is this a mouth-to-lung (MTL) or direct-to-lung (DTL) device, and what does “shisha-based” mean? It is built for a direct-to-lung (DTL) draw with adjustable airflow, an open, airy pull similar to traditional shisha/hookah, paired with an e-liquid blend and flavour lineup drawn from hookah-style profiles. How can I verify my device is authentic? Check the packaging and device for the ECAS/MoIAT compliance mark required for UAE sale, along with consistent branding, printing quality, and a properly sealed tank. Buying from an authorised UAE retailer is the most reliable way to avoid counterfeit stock. What should I do if the device is leaking? Stop using it immediately, wipe any e-liquid off the mouthpiece and housing, and dispose of the unit rather than continuing to use a damaged device. A leaking tank can indicate a compromised seal or damaged coil. Is the HoQa Hok Clouds 80K legal across all seven emirates? Vaping is legal UAE-wide for adults 18+ under UAE regulations, and MoIAT/ECAS certification applies nationally rather than emirate by emirate. Local rules on where you can vape, such as parks, beaches, and vehicles with children present, can still vary by emirate. How does it compare to the Mazaya Deep Cloud 80000? Both are rated for 80,000 puffs at the same AED 60 price point, but the HoQa Hok Clouds uses a milder 5mg (0.5%) formula on a smaller 1000mAh battery, while the Mazaya Deep Cloud 80000 uses a slightly stronger 6mg (0.6%) formula on a larger 1300mAh battery. What are the health and legal risks of vaping? Nicotine is addictive, and this product is intended for adult smokers and vapers 18+ only; it is not suitable for non-smokers, minors, or anyone pregnant or breastfeeding. Selling to minors, and vaping in a vehicle with a child present, are both offences under UAE law. Can tourists bring this device into the UAE? Tourists may bring vaping devices and e-liquid for personal use within personal-allowance limits, provided the product is ECAS-certified, and should be prepared to declare it at customs if asked. What is Vape Wizard’s delivery and returns process? Vape Wizard delivers across all seven emirates within 24 hours, with a 2-3 hour Express option in Dubai for +AED 10. See the Shipping Policy for delivery details; returns are handled per Vape Wizard’s return policy linked at the bottom of this page. How do I dispose of a used HoQa Hok Clouds 80K? Take it to a UAE battery or e-waste recycling point rather than general waste, and never puncture, crush, or burn the battery, since damaged lithium batteries can catch fire or leak hazardous material.
